What is PlayFilm?
PlayFilm is a technology company that helps other companies to optimize, improve and scale their paid media ads. Thanks to technology and an excellent work team, PlayFilm has managed to get leading clients in their sectors such as Más Orange Group, Aquaservice, MasterD, among others.
The PlayFilm team came to us with the need to create solid marketing and sales processes, and we got right to work.
We started with a 3-day on-site diagnostic session where we got into all the processes necessary to understand the context of the company. From processes, to product, to finance, to marketing. It was important not only to have as much context as possible, but also to detect areas for improvement.
Once the analysis is completed, we create an action plan for a minimum of 3 months, where we will execute, together with the PlayFilm team, the actions and strategies to be carried out to achieve the proposed results.
The service with which we help PlayFilm is a full-service where, in addition to the diagnosis, we execute the strategy as a part of their team.
We are currently working with PlayFilm on their marketing and sales strategy, where the objectives are both ambitious and exciting.
